Magnolia Oaks Academy & Magnolia Oaks Academy PTO expect everyone to respect and follow the guidelines in this document. We reserve the right to change the guidelines as necessary.

Reservations

● You must reserve the rock on the website.

● All school calendar days will be listed to reserve.

● Reservations are first-come, first-served.

● Please be understanding if your date is not available.

● Mark your calendar after you make a reservation. Rescheduling is not allowed. Refunds are not available. If you are not able to paint the rock on your reserved date, the PTO considers the money a donation.

● Weather refunds are not available.

Rules

● Messages must be positive, caring, nurturing and in good taste.

● The PTO reserves the right to paint over the rock and will not refund your money if the rock painting contains any of the following:

○ Foul and/or discriminatory language and/or images

○ Religious statements and/or images

○ Political statements and/or images

● You must supply your own labor, paint and supplies to paint the rock.

● Your reservation is to paint the front of the rock only. We prohibit painting the top or other sides. Additionally, MOA prohibits painting on any other piece or property. MOA will deem you responsible for cleaning and repair costs should any damage or destruction occur to surrounding areas or buildings.

● MOA prohibits you from discarding trash on the school campus. You must take home all items you use for this project and properly discard at your home. Do not place items/trash in campus trash bins or dumpsters.

Paint Day Guidelines

● Your reservation is to paint the rock the afternoon of your reserved date between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Approved Supplies

● Latex paint

● Brushes

● Sponges

● Water and container if you wish to rinse any brushes

● Bag to gather trash

Prohibited Supplies

● Spray paint is prohibited on campus

● Do not use paint, glue, stickers or other adhesive items
